The Center for Ubiquitous Computing is organising the Second International Workshop on Smart Sensing Systems (IWSSS’17) which will take place on the 7th-8th August, at TellUs Stage. IWSSS’17 will count with the participation of more than 20 international researchers from Europe and Asia. Prestigious keynote speakers include Professor Pierre Maret from the University of Jean Monnet, France, presenting “Linking Sensor Data with the Semantic Web”, and Adj. Professor Denzil Ferreira, from the University of Oulu, Finland, with the presentation title: “Understanding human behaviour with technology: challenges, tools & methods”. The second day of the workshop will open with guest speaker Assistant Professor Takuro Yonezawa from Keio University, Japan.
