APPLICATION & ENROLLMENT IN SPRING 2024

CLOSED: STAGE 1 – OPEN INTERNATIONAL CALL
March 11, 2024: Application deadline (23:59 AOE),
March 27, 2024: Notification of acceptance/rejection,
April 17, 2024: Registration deadline.

OPEN: STAGE 2 – ANY REMAINING SEATS WILL BE HANDED OUT ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS BY MAY 31, 2024
Please observe the status of seats and waiting list in each workshop. Waiting lists will be updated and activated if necessary as follows:
March 28, 2024: Following the outcome of the screening of stage 1 applications.
April 18, 2024: Following the deadline for stage 1 registration; any unregistered seats will be made available to other applicants.

16:00-18:00: Workshops kick off
18:15: Walk from summer school site to Science Garden
18:30-22:00: Get Together Party (Science Garden)
22:00: Bus from Get Together Party to Nallikari, downtown and Linnanmaa Campus
